On May 31, 2014, around 00:23, the Defendant driven C Lasta vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.274% from around 60 meters to the roads in front of the Tropian-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, from around 208-4 Yandong-dong to the roads in front of 208-4.
