Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A was present at the court of Busan District Court No. 353 on November 22, 2013 in order to take an oath and to testify as a witness against the Defendant’s violation of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act against F, No. 2013, No. 3388, 3937.
The defendant testified that "I would not do so without the defendant's instruction. The defendant gives testimony to the prosecutor that "at the time, the defendant was in a dispensary" and continues to exist.
