Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except for the dismissal or addition of part of the grounds of the judgment of the first instance as set forth in the following paragraph (2). Thus, it shall be cited as it is in accordance with Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Parts to be removed or added;

A. The second page 7 and 8 of the judgment of the court of first instance added the “I reply 1,662m2” in front of the “I reply 1,62m2.”

B. Each of the two pages 14 and 18 of the judgment of the court of first instance shall be deemed to be the original district court, respectively.

C. Each "O of a witness" of the 8th trial decision and the 9th trial decision are referred to as "O of a witness" of the 9th trial.

3. According to the conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
