1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:

In S “E” program, the Defendant reported a broadcast of the same contents as the list 1 articles in the attached Table 1 list, and attached the Plaintiff’s face pictures to the data screen while reporting a broadcast of the same contents as the article 2 through 4 articles listed in the attached list 1 in C “D severe weather report, F”, and “G” program. The Defendant posted each of the articles listed in the attached list 1 on the Internet news site of S and C’s Internet site.

2. The plaintiff's assertion and judgment

A. The Defendant asserted that the Plaintiff was not the P Chairperson at the time of the instant report, and that the Plaintiff was a major shareholder of L, although the Plaintiff could not be seen as a major shareholder of L, the Plaintiff made a false report that he was the P Chairperson.

In addition, at the time when the negative public opinion about I is formed due to the K accident, the defendant injured the plaintiff's reputation or infringed upon his portrait or his freedom of privacy by disclosing the plaintiff's name and work, making the plaintiff's photograph open to the public, and displaying the plaintiff's photograph in the broadcast as it is.

Therefore, the defendant shall carry out a corrective report as shown in the attached Table 2 as a disposition to restore the reputation of the plaintiff, delete the articles listed in the attached Table 1, and compensate for mental damage suffered by the plaintiff due to the report of this case.
