Punishment of the crime

On February 25, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch.

around 22:50 on February 15, 2020, the Defendant driven a D QM3 car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.103% from the three-way distance prior to Gwangju city B.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
