Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B-II cargo vehicles.

On June 17, 2019, the defendant, around 20:00, proceeded along the two-lanes between the two-lanes from the lower police station to the Seoul bank.
