1. All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Defendants.

Purport of claim and appeal

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3 and video, the plaintiff installed a container at the factory site construction site D located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun and exercised the right of retention. The defendants conspired on June 4, 2014 to cut off electric lines connected to the CCTV lines installed and operated on the above container, and the defendants cut off the CCTV lines connected thereto. The defendants found the above facts that the CCTV lines and the CCTV lines owned by the plaintiff themselves were broken off without permission, and the defendants' summary order (Ulsan District Court Decision 2014Da9163, defendant C), or guilty judgment (Ulsan District Court Decision 2014Ma1876, defendant B) or guilty judgment (Ulsan District Court Decision 2014Ma1876, defendant B).

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendants are liable to jointly compensate the plaintiff for the damages suffered by the plaintiff as joint tortfeasor.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in the statement Nos. 1, 2, 4, and 6-1, and 6-2 of the scope of liability for damages, the Defendants are jointly liable to pay damages for damages of KRW 2,530,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from February 3, 2015 to the date following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case sought by the Plaintiff as of February 3, 2015, as well as from the date of full payment.

3. Accordingly, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants shall be accepted with merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just and the defendant's appeal is dismissed without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
