Punishment of the crime

On April 6, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years in October and on the 15th of the same month by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic law (drinking) at the Ulsan District Court on April 6, 2016.

Criminal facts

1. On March 2013, the Defendant: (a) obtained a Class X-1 ordinary driver’s license issued in the name of the Commissioner General of the Daegu-gu National Police Agency in the name of the victim X was lost on the front day of the solar market located in Ulsan National Police Agency.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the driver’s license obtained as above, embezzled the vehicle in the course of driving the vehicle without taking necessary procedures.

2. On March 6, 2013, the Defendant was found to have violated the prohibition of cutting off a Y1 ton cargo vehicle on the front side of the filial dong community center located 966 times in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-do, and was required to produce a driver’s license from the Zon belonging to the Ulsan-gu Police Station.

Accordingly, the defendant presented the first class of driver's license for X issued under the name of the Daegu District Police Agency, the official document in possession, as if he were the driver's license for the defendant, and illegally displayed the official document.

3. On March 6, 2013, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act, driven a Y1 ton cargo vehicle at a section of about 4 km from the front side of the Seogsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do, to the industrial sector located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-dong, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on March 10:16, 201.
