Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

However, it is against the Defendants for 3 years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

All the Defendants are people engaged in the medium and motor vehicle parts export business with the nationality of KIKOStan.

When it is intended to export goods, the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree shall be reported to the head of the relevant customs office, and no goods shall be exported after filing a declaration thereon.
