Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, it is just for the court below to find the defendant guilty of the violation of the Road Traffic Act (measures after Accidents) in this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and there is no error in the misapprehension of the legal principle as to the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (Measures after Accidents) or in violation of the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Act as to the alteration of indictment.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
