Punishment of the crime

No person of 2020 shall provide telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator under the Telecommunications Business Act for any other person's communications.

The Defendant would lend the name of the telephone operator from a person in an unsound place from April to May 2020 to 1.5, 150,000 won per week when several telephone numbers are opened.

From July 20 to August 2020, the Defendant arbitrarily delivered the said car to F in order to guarantee the Defendant’s obligation, and made it impossible for the Defendant to know the location of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant concealed the goods owned by the defendant, which were the object of the victim company's rights, and obstructed the victim company's exercise of rights.
