Punishment of the crime

1. At around 11:00 on May 9, 2014, Defendant B posted a summary of news article 1 posted in the news category of the portal site NAV (www.naver.com) using his own smartphones at the south-gu Office D Elementary School E (www.naver.com) located in the Republic of Korea, Defendant B, who was enrolled in the Defendant’s name in the news article “at least 51 additional 51 persons, such as Frane family members, etc., and the starting of the Cheongbu,” NAD, who was enrolled in the Defendant’s name in the news article, “Ie the news article 51 persons, such as Franchis, family members, etc., and the starting of the audience.”

This is why the defendant insultd the victims in a public performance.

2. On May 9, 2014, at around 11:27, Defendant A posted an article posted on the news category of the portal site (www.naver.com) using the Internet at the Defendant’s residence, stating that “The family members, etc. additional 51 persons, such as F.I., additional family members, etc., and the starting point of the Cheongdaecom Korea,” signed in the Defendant’s name, “Nindi I, who was enrolled in the Defendant’s name,” and read as “the family members of the family members of the family members of the Republic of Korea.”

This is why the defendant insultd the victims in a public performance.
