Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2020, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 05:41 on March 21, 2020, driven a car in a state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.123% at the 1km section from the front of the “C” drinking house to the front of the same city D, without obtaining a driver’s license.
