A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operated a singing practice hall with the trade name "C Sing practice hall" on both weeks B and B.

A sing practice room business operator shall not arrange employment of entertainment loans, and shall not sell or provide alcoholic beverages.

1. On December 27, 2017, at around 00:30, the Defendant arranged a loan in a way that, upon receiving a demand from D, the customer, the Defendant, in a singing practice room, provided the loan by having e and 3 other persons attend with the said customer and sing and singing together with the said customer and encourage them to provide entertainment.

2. The Defendant sold alcoholic beverages by receiving 12,00 won in cash from the said customer at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
