1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 613,300,00 and KRW 266,200,000, respectively, from October 10, 2016.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is a specialized credit financial business company that runs installment financing business, etc., and D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “small company”) is a company that runs a financial product brokerage business.
B. On January 13, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a contract on entrustment of business affairs with the Nonparty Company under a joint and several guarantee of the Defendants (hereinafter “instant contract”) and the part relating to the instant case is as follows.

A refers to a contract on entrustment of business, Article 1 (Purpose of Contract) provides that "A shall act as a broker for users, shall be entrusted to "A", and "A shall consult with each other to pay fees in return for it, and shall enter into this contract for the purpose of establishing various business procedures and business partnership.
Article 2 (Definitions of Terms) (1) The term "contract" means all of the lease, installment, and secured loan agreements arranged by B to A.
(2) A user means a person who borrows funds from A under a contract referred to in paragraph (1) of the same Article.
Article 3 (Good Offices, etc.) (2) B shall select a user who meets the requirements required by A and arrange at the request of A.
Article 4 (Business Subject to Entrustment) (1) The scope of business entrusted to A by A shall be as follows:
