In civil procedure, the rights or legal relations in which the parties are the subject matter of a lawsuit shall be specified, and if the subject matter of a lawsuit is not specified, the court does not specify the subject matter of a trial and the scope of the effect of a trial. Therefore, whether the subject matter of a lawsuit is specified or not belongs to the matter

In this case, in addition to the purport of the entire arguments in various documents, such as the Health Team, the complaint, and the briefs submitted by the Plaintiff, it is impossible to grasp the Defendants’ obligation to pay money based on any factual basis and legal basis, and thus, the cause of the claim is not specified.

Therefore, since the plaintiff's lawsuit against the defendants is unlawful, it is decided to dismiss all of the lawsuits. It is so decided as per Disposition.
