A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three days of detention.

Punishment of the crime

On October 28, 2017, the Defendant filed a report at around 00:34, 00:56, 01:01, and without any justifiable reason, the Defendant filed a false report to a public official on an offense or accident that was not reported at the site, including where the police officer who arrived at the site asked several times the reason for the report, on which he/she did not speak, but did not speak at the site.
