Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B B B B B B B BB car.

On January 12, 2019, at around 20:35, the Defendant proceeded straight along the two-lanes of the three-lane road in front of the Turmoto, in the direction of the front of the Turmoto.

At the time, the surrounding view is not well secured, so in such a case, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to reduce the speed and properly manipulate the steering direction and brake system, thereby preventing accidents.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and got the victim to go beyond the road by taking the body of the victim D (the age of 54) who has dried a road on the right side from the left side of the running direction of the defendant at the time when he was living.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim due to the above occupational negligence by brain injury in the workplace.
