A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

The execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and C promised to receive 50,000 won per month a physical card linked to the post office account (D) under the name of the Defendant and to lend it to the non-exclusive liquor company.
