1. On June 12, 2014, the Defendant against the victim C provided consultation to the victim about the introduction of the shop occupants in a cosmetic operated by the victim C in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

The payment of down payment of KRW 10 million will be made to enter a beauty room in this Mat which is constructed at the long-term Dong of the Jeju-si and Kimpo-si.

However, there was no Maart constructed in the long-term Dong of Kimpo-si, and the defendant thought that he would receive down payment from the injured party and use it for other purposes, such as living expenses, etc., so the victim did not have any intention or ability to let the injured party enter a beauty room in this Mapo-dong located in Kimpo-si.

On June 13, 2014, the defendant deceivings the victim as above, and acquired money from the victim through a bank account (Account Number: E) in the name of the defendant on June 13, 2014 by remittance of KRW 10 million as down payment.

2. On February 2016, the criminal defendant against the victim F provided the victim F with advice to introduce beauty room shop occupants to the victim F at H coffee shop located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The payment of down payment of KRW 10 million shall be made to enter a cosmetic room in the laba, which is constructed in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

‘False speech' was made.

However, in fact, the defendant was thought to use the down payment for other purposes, such as repayment of debts, overdue interest on loans, living expenses, etc. by receiving down payment from the victim, so there was no intention or ability to allow the victim to enter the beauty room in the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
