Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A The manager of the D Building management body in the Hanam City, the owner of the above D Building divided into the D Building, and the defendant C operated the above 12 floor E of the D Building.

The victim F (66. South) is a person operating G under a contract for the entrusted management of a parking lot from the above D Building Management Body, and there was an occurrence with the occupants due to the collection of parking fees for the parking lot.

On June 11, 2015, at around 11:30, the Defendants entered the electric power distribution box (EPS) room in the above D building and prevented the Defendants from collecting the charges for vehicles entering and leaving the parking lot by blocking electricity by getting off the parking source location along with the parking source location.

As a result, the Defendants interfered with the collection of parking lot charges by force.
