1. The part of the judgment of the court of first instance against the plaintiff, which orders payment below, shall be revoked.

The defendant.

1. The following facts can be acknowledged in accordance with the facts found in the following facts: (a) there is no dispute between the parties; or (b) part of Gap 2, 3, Eul 1 through 3 (including each number); and (c) the fact inquiry results with respect to Dao-lurg Co., Ltd. in the original court; and (d) there is no counter-proof otherwise.

The plaintiff is a company engaged in gold-type processing business, etc., and the defendant is registered as the representative of gold-type manufacturing business in the trade name of "B" operated by Oindo.

B. The Defendant entered into a contract for a discretionary processing with the YS 600,000 gas bags, a main gas product, and ordered the Plaintiff as a result of the need for a gold-type production for the production of the foregoing gas and acrylic products (hereinafter “instant product”).

C. Accordingly, on November 10, 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant made and supplied 70 million won (excluding value-added tax) of the FROT-PE 5 million won (value-added tax separately), REAR-PE 6 punishment (hereinafter the above FRNT-PE 5 punishment and REAL 6 punishment) to the Defendant within 10 million won (value-added tax separate), and 36 million won out of the total price of the above goods, 36 million won of the down payment, and 46 million won of the intermediate payment within 15 days from the date of the contract, and 48 million won of the remainder payment, within 1.5 days from the date of the contract, the Plaintiff failed to pay the Defendant the amount equivalent to the above 1.5 days of the contract price after the completion of the contract, and the Plaintiff failed to pay the Defendant the amount within 1.5 days of the contract price after the completion of the contract.
