A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 17, 2014, around 00:33, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in Gumi-si, requested the police officers belonging to the D District Unit of the Gu Police Station, who had been dispatched to the police, to take away a woman living together from the house and move to the house, and the police officers, once they moved to the D Zone E in the Gumi-si.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in the military.
