1. The plaintiffs' respective claims against the defendants are dismissed in entirety.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the respective entries in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 (including paper numbers) and the whole purport of the pleadings:
1) Possession of land and buildings: E-gi 731 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the “instant land”) in racing-si.
