Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 9, 2014, at around 15:35, the Defendant driven a breakwater with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.194% at around 0.194% without a motorcycle driver’s license, from the breakwater located in the Dong Tridong, Busan Young-do to the public parking lot located in the Dongri-dong.

2. The Defendant operated the above Oral Ba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.
