Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2015, at around 01:30, the Defendant driven CK7 car from the place near the cafeteria of the Sinsan-dong Seoul Metropolitan City cafeteria to the point of 27.4 km of the Incheon Sing-dong Incheon at the upper line of the CK7 km, which is located in the Sinsan-dong Sinsan-dong Busan Metropolitan City cafeteria, with the alcohol level of 0.10%.
