Punishment of the crime

On May 16, 2018, at around 09:08, the Defendant, within the "M MM Et" located in Busan Nam-gu L, Busan, and the victim N ( South, 40 years old) and his employees' surveillance were neglected and displayed in the store, resulting in theft without calculating the amount of 50,00 won at the market price owned by the victim, which was displayed in the store.
