1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 65,068,49; (b) KRW 63,068,499; and (c) KRW 63,068,49; and (b) each of the said money to Plaintiff A from July 24, 2013 to July 2016.

1. Occurrence of liability for damages;

A. Fact 1) C: (a) around 03:18 on July 24, 2013, 2013, D Trucks (hereinafter “Defendant Vehicle”).

A) A driving of Pyeongtaek-si E Apartment, while proceeding about about 80km in speed, depending on three lanes. B. According to the above fact of recognition of liability, the defendant is liable to compensate the damages suffered by the plaintiffs due to the accident of this case as a mutual aid business operator of defendant vehicle.

C. Limit of liability, however, there was an error that was attributable to the Deceased in the three-lane road at the new wall time.

Since such mistake was a serious cause for the occurrence of the instant accident and the expansion of damages, the Defendant’s liability is limited to 40% by taking account of the deceased’s negligence into account 60%.

2. Except as otherwise stated below within the scope of liability for damages, each corresponding item of the attached Table of Calculation of Compensation Amount.

In principle, the period for the convenience of the calculation shall be calculated on a monthly basis, but the period of less than the last month and less than KRW 1 shall be discarded.

The current value calculation at the time of the accident shall be the one that deducts the interim interest at the rate of 5/12 per month.
