Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A operates the business center C in Daegu Metropolitan City, Seogu, 101.
A broker, etc. shall not receive money and valuables in excess of the legal fees or actual expenses under the pretext of cases, donations, and any other pretext.
The Defendant, around May 29, 2017, leased and mediates the 502 Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City owned by E in the foregoing D on May 29, 201, received KRW 1.5 million exceeding KRW 366,00,000, which is a statutory brokerage commission, under the pretext of a brokerage commission,
6.5. In the same place at the same time, 1.5 million won in excess of 3.51,00 won, which is a statutory brokerage commission, was paid as a brokerage commission, while renting and brokering the above multi-family house 201 at the same place.
2. Defendant B is operating H in Daegu Metropolitan City, Seogu, Seoul.
A broker, etc. shall not receive money and valuables in excess of the legal fees or actual expenses under the pretext of cases, donations, and any other pretext.
The Defendant, around October 21, 2016, leased 303, 200,000 won exceeding 40,000,000 won, which is a statutory brokerage commission, while renting 300,000,000 won of the Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Daegu, which is owned by the foregoing H, in the same place on November 21, 201 of the same year, was paid 1,50,000 won exceeding 396,00,000,000 won, which is a statutory brokerage commission, as a brokerage commission, while renting 202 of the above multi-family house at the same place on February 22, 2017.
