Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2014, the Defendant, around 10:20 on September 19, 2014, driven a B 4km freight vehicle from the front side of the Southern-gu Incheon Southern-gu to the front side of the 70-ro, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu without the driver’s license.

On April 1, 2014, around 11:28, the Defendant driven a rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from around approximately 100 meters in the section of approximately 100 meters up to the front road of the oil station in front of the 195-ro, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, in front of the oil station.
