A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 15, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from D Driving) was unable to drive normally on the roads front of Seowon-gu, Seowon-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongbuk-si, and the blood alcohol concentration of 0.186% due to the influence of alcohol on June 15, 201, while driving CK5 automobiles, leading to E from D side.

The Defendant suffered from the injury of the victim F and the victim H (Y, 22 years old) who is a passenger of the victim F and the above Aburd-purged passenger vehicle due to the foregoing occupational negligence, such as cryp and tensions and tensions requiring treatment for about two weeks, respectively.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, and as above, driven the said K5 vehicle at about 10 meters while under the influence of alcohol 0.186%.
