Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 30, 2019, at around 05:40, the Defendant driven a B B B Poter, and was in operation by straighting the same Myeon grain public health clinic, which is located in D in front of Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, the Defendant was in operation in accordance with one-lane road in the front of the D.
