Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a resident of 102 Dong Dong 606, Daegu-gun, and the victim E (the victim E) residing in the same 706 residence in the same 706 and has been under dispute over water leakage problems since the damage of the victim's house tap water connecting around March 29, 2015.
