Criminal facts

On August 16, 2018, around 18:12, the Defendant: (a) attached even after the victim B (a while she was under age 24) in the rapid train run from the high speed terminal station of subway 9, which is located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the core of the Defendant’s sexual flag at several times.
