Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is an employee of the "Felel" in Suwon-si E, and the defendant B is a manager who exercises overall control over the above cartel.

1. At around 02:30 on September 23, 2017, Defendant A: (a) had the victim G (man, household name) who was working in the 1st floor of the 201st apartment, found the place; and (b) had the male-gu H lodge in 601; (c) confirmed that the above H first set out the 2nd apartment on the CCTV screen located in the 04:00 carcul on the same day; and (d) attempted to rape the victim by entering the said 601 mixed victim.

At around 04:20 of the same day, the Defendant opened a locked door using Mark Turkey and confirmed whether the victims who are in the locked are being sprinked by sprinking by hand, and then was off the victim’s spons and panty, and tried to commit rape against the victim’s body, but the victim did not have a wind by spacking the victim’s spack and panty.

As a result, the Defendant attempted to rape the victim by taking advantage of his mental and physical loss or her impossibility of resistance through intrusion into a room possessed by the victim.

2. Defendant B: (a) around 08:00 on September 23, 2017, Defendant B had been the police by mistake from the above A.

around 22:30 on October 1, 2017, “A” was told by a judicial police officer of the Republic of Korea to submit a telephone, etc., with the knowledge of the fact that “A was under investigation as a person who violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Housing Rape) at the Southern Police Station of Gyeonggi-gu, the fact that “A” was under investigation by the police officer of the Republic of Korea, and that “A” was under investigation.
