Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. On July 25, 2018, the Defendant against the victim B, who purchased a fake name at the Internet site around August 2018, 2018, on the following grounds: “The Defendant sold the fake name at the Internet site. Around July 25, 2018, the Defendant filed a complaint with the Prosecutor, and at the same time, the head of the Tong has been seized.” On the same day, the Defendant was deposited KRW 300,000 from the victim’s account in the name of the Defendant on the same day. “On the same day, the Defendant borrowed KRW 3,00,000,000 to the prosecution,” and on the same day, the Defendant was deposited from the victim’s account in the name of the Defendant.

B. From July 11, 2018 to September 21, 2018, the Defendant against the victim F was issued KRW 2,630,000 in total from the above date to September 21, 2018, to the victim F, who was a franchie, who was working together at the third head of the set forth in the “A” clause, by falsely stating that “The victim F, who was a franchie with another day, is more than one day, and a part of the profits therefrom is divided and reduced, 200,000 won, which was deposited from the victim’s corporate bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.”

C. On July 17, 2018, the Defendant against the victim G makes a false statement to the victim G, who is a franchisium that he/she had worked together at the third head of the set forth in the above “A” clause, stating that “I will pay KRW 600,000 to the victim G, who is a franchisium. After the date of the increase, I will pay KRW 600,000.” The Defendant received KRW 600,000 from the victim’s first bank account (J) in the name of the Defendant in the name of the Plaintiff for the same day and received KRW 600,000 from the said date to August 21, 2018, as stated in the attached list of crimes (2).
