A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

On November 22, 2017, Defendant A was under trial and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years, etc. for the crime of injury at the original branch of the Chuncheon District Court on October 22, 2017; Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years; on July 27, 2018, Defendant A was sentenced to a dismissal judgment at the Chuncheon District Court; on October 4, 2018, Defendant A was sentenced to a dismissal of appeal by the Supreme Court on October 8, 2018.

Criminal Power

1. On March 8, 2018, around 23:15, the Defendant committed the bodily injury of Defendant A: (a) while drinking alcohol together with the “D” club located in Kuju-si, Suwon-si; (b) while drinking alcohol with the son B, Defendant 1 took three times the face of the victim E (the 48 years old) who is an employee of the said age club on his hand, on the ground that he did not properly harm the string; (c) Defendant 1 took three times the face of the son F (the 42 years old) who is an employee of the said age club on his hand; and (d) took two times the face of the son F (the 42 years old) of the son’s employee of the said age club on a drinking ground; and (d) Defendant 2 took the son’s seat at the entrance of the said age club; and (d) took three times the son’s face, the manager of the said age club.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed the victim E with approximately two weeks of treatment, the victim F, the right side in need of treatment for about two weeks, the victim F, and the victim G with the right side in need of treatment for about three weeks of treatment.

2. The Defendants: (a) committed a violation of the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint injury) by the Defendants: (b) were able to inflict an injury on the employees of the above age club; (c) they returned to the above age club while they returned to the above age club and were returned to the police officers in the near the club and were able to inflict an injury on the employees of the above age club.
