1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 29,753,936 as well as KRW 28,830,000 among them, from May 12, 2016 to the day of full payment.

1. The plaintiff and the defendant entered into a credit card use contract on October 18, 200, and the defendant did not pay the credit card price even after using the credit card. The fact that the credit card price was 28,830,003, interest 784,267, interest 139,666, delay damages was 29,753,936 won (=28,830,030,03 won KRW 784,267,666) as of April 12, 2016 is not in dispute between the parties, or that the defendant did not pay the credit card price. In accordance with the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay the total amount of 29,753,936 won with interest on the card price paid to the plaintiff and the total amount of 28,830,003 won with interest on the card price plus delay damages calculated at the rate of 27.9% per annum from May 12, 2016 to the date of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
