1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company engaged in real estate consulting, execution of sale in lots, agency business, etc., and the Defendant is a regional housing association established for the purpose of developing and supplying apartment units in Pyeongtaek-si C.

1. Location of a business site: Gyeonggi-do Pyeongtaek-si C (hereinafter referred to as "business site") ;

2. Name of project plan: (tentatively named) An apartment construction project (hereinafter referred to as "project") of a district housing association;

3. Form of a project plan: Apartment housing 1,70 years of age, neighborhood facilities, ancillary facilities, welfare facilities, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "project plan"). The defendant and the corporation D (hereinafter referred to as "B") and the plaintiff shall enter into a contract for recruitment services of the members of a regional housing association (hereinafter referred to as "this contract") under the principle of mutual trust and good faith as follows, and shall prepare three copies of this contract and keep one copy of each contract after signing and sealing it in order to verify them:
