1. Defendants A and C are punished by a fine not exceeding seven million won, Defendant B is punished by a fine not exceeding ten million won, and Defendant D is punished by a fine not exceeding four million won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 2, 2014, at a place where the location is unknown, Defendant A entered the Internet gambling site “E,” “F,” “G,” etc. by accessing the said gambling game site to a computer and charged cyber money by transferring KRW 100,000 to one bank account (Account Number I) in the H’s name of a limited liability company managed by the said gambling game site, and then used the gambling as “bagod”. From that time to May 14, 2014, Defendant A ambling an amount equivalent to KRW 122,380,000 in total over KRW 814 times, as shown in attached Table 5 of Crimes List 5.
2. On June 21, 2013, Defendant B, at the Defendant’s home located in the jurisdiction of the Si/Gu, entered the Internet gambling game site “E”, “F”, and “G” by accessing the Defendant’s Internet gambling game site in a computer, and transferred KRW 500,000 to one bank account (Account Number K) under the name of a limited liability company managed by the said gambling game site, and filled in cyber money. From that time to September 15, 2013, Defendant B ambling “B” as shown in the [Attachment Table 13] from that time to September 15, 2013.
3. On October 21, 2013, at a place where the location is unknown, Defendant C used a computer to enter the Internet gambling game site “E,” “F,” and “G,” etc., and then charged cyber money by remitting 110,000 won to one bank account (Account Number K) in the name of H of a limited-liability company managed by the said gambling game site, and then used the gambling called “bagod”. From that time to May 27, 2014, the Defendant collected an amount equivalent to KRW 104,320,000 in total over 411 times, as shown in the attached Table 19 of Crimes List from that time to May 27, 2014.
4. On July 28, 2013, Defendant D’s house located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, with the Internet gambling at the Defendant’s house.
