Reasons
Punishment of the crime
During the period of Ansan-si, the Gu C Building (hereinafter “instant building”) had been operated by the person who actually represents the management unit at each time without appointing a legitimate manager under the Act on the Ownership and Management of Condominium Buildings due to disputes between the sectional owners since the completion of 2000, and operated the management office.
D From May 2013, a person representing the management unit as above was employed by the head of the management office located on the fourth floor of the building of this case and was in charge of the management of the building of this case, such as collection of management expenses and payment of public charges. Around August 11, 2014, upon the request of some sectional owners, the decision of provisional disposition such as suspension of performance of duties (this Court 2014Kahap31) was made, and the manager’s agent was appointed, the person did not perform his duties as a representative.
