Criminal facts

The Defendants of the 2016 Highest 1448 are not the handlers of narcotics.

1. The sole crime committed by Defendant A;

A. A. On July 2, 2016, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, around 7:00, administered a medication by inserting approximately 0.1g of Melopon (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and inserting it into the port.

2) On August 4, 2016, at around 15:00, the Defendant injected HMoel 309, located in Daejeon Middle-gu Daejeon, and approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection instrument, dilution with water, and administered them for injection with fingers, etc.

3) On August 9, 2016, at around 15:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.07g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution them with water, and inject them into the port text.

B. On July 2, 2016, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 500,000,00 in front of the J-style hall in Daejeon, Daejeon, to B, and sold 1g philopon to B.

2) On August 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 50,00 from B from L elementary school playgrounds located in Dong-gu Daejeon, Daejeon; and (b) sold 0.05g philopon to B.

3) On August 4, 2016, at around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) 309 H telephones in Daejeon-gu Daejeon-gu; (b) 100,000 won from B; and (c) 100,000 won from B, and sold opphones to B, 0.1g.

On August 7, 2016, the Defendant provided the L elementary school playgrounds located in Dong-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, with approximately 0.1g of philopon to B without compensation.

2. Defendant B’s sole crime

A. The Defendant, at around 4:00 on June 5, 2016, administered a medication by inserting approximately 005 Asan-si Officetel No. 1005, and approximately 0.03 g of philophones on a gambling ground, and burning the bottom thereof by a single-use strawter, thereby delaying the philophones.

In addition, the Defendant’s list of crimes is attached to the list of crimes from around that time to August 8, 2016.
