Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry in the Sungnam support for the method of Suwon, which became final and conclusive on May 31, 2012.
