A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle BM5 in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).
On May 31, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.204% in blood around 19:45 on May 31, 2017, and continued to turn to the left from the dong Middle School located in the same way as the Sinsan-si, Seosan-si, Seosan-si, the Sinsan-si.
