Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff is a juristic person that operates a private teaching institute and reading room, and carries on an online video lecture for a public official examination.
B. On June 18, 2018, pursuant to Article 6 of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Private Teaching Institutes and Extracurricular Lessons (hereinafter “Private Teaching Institutes Act”), the Plaintiff registered a private teaching institute for lifelong education and vocational education (a reading room: hereinafter “C”) with the name of “C” on the fifth floor of the fifth floor of the building located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and a private teaching institute for lifelong education and vocational education (a teaching course: an adult public notice; hereinafter “private teaching institute”) with the name of “D” on the fourth floor of the same building on June 19, 2018.
C. On March 15, 2019, the Defendant conducted a field survey on the instant reading room and the instant private teaching institute, and on May 9, 2019, issued a corrective order (hereinafter “instant corrective order”) with respect to the Plaintiff on 75-day teaching suspension (from June 17, 2019 to August 30, 2019: the scheduled period for suspension of teaching; hereinafter “instant suspension of teaching”) and an administrative fine of KRW 2750,00,000 for the instant reading room as follows.
