The land indicated in the list 1 (hereinafter referred to as the “instant land”) purchased on July 8, 1952 by the deceased C (hereinafter referred to as the “the deceased”) and completed the registration of ownership transfer under its name on August 7, 1952. Upon the death of the deceased, the Plaintiff’s heir D, E, F, G, and J as to each of 6/30 shares, with respect to each of 4/30 shares, H and I completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of 1/30 shares under their respective names on June 5, 1980.

On February 22, 2003, the term “15 square meters within the instant land” between the Plaintiff and the Defendant refers to a lease agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant with the term of KRW 23 million and the term of March 15, 2003 to March 14, 2006.
