The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

Basic Facts

The plaintiff is the father of F in the 13th grade of E (E, hereinafter referred to as the “instant school”), an international school in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.

Defendant B is the principal of the above school, and Defendant C is the principal of the above school, and Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is an international school operating corporation in Jeju English Education City, which has the instant school as its affiliated organization.

The instant school announced students who want to support the early support program of the U.S. University to be aware of whether support was provided by October 18, 2019, prior to November 1, 2019, prior to the expiration date of the instant program.

In particular, G, the head of the University Career Counseling Department of the instant school, sent e-mail to all the students of the 13th grade on October 8, 2019 and October 14, 2019, stating, “All support documents shall be completed and submitted on October 18, 201 because the 1st day of November overlaps with the school holidays. If all documents are not prepared by the 18th day of October, 201, it is impossible to submit support documents to the early support program.”

F supported the F’s early support program at H University (H) of the United States, and submitted documents (taxes, etc.) for the above school support to Defendant B on October 19, 2019, which exceeded the monitoring of the support completion determined by the instant school.

(F) On October 31, 2019, F received the application for early support program at H University to the above university by October 28, 2019.

However, among the accompanying documents to be received from the instant school, the letter of recommendation for teachers in charge was not submitted, and F and Defendant B received notice of this fact from the H University on November 8, 2019.

On the other hand, in the case of Defendant B, etc. on November 12, 2019, the receipt of support documents was not completed by November 1, 2019, which was the final date for receiving applications for early support programs.
