1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed with the Plaintiff KRW 25,059,363 as well as 6% per annum from January 30, 2016 to January 19, 2017.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On June 23, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract on the lease of temporary materials (hereinafter “instant contract”) with Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) to lease the temporary materials at the construction site of the Defendant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) and the Defendant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”). The key contents are as follows.

Term of lease: From June 23, 2014 to June 22, 2015 (Provided, That where the defendant company fails to return all the leased goods to the plaintiff by the expiration date of the term of the contract, the term of the contract shall be automatically extended by the date of full payment, and it shall be deemed renewed under the same conditions as this contract).

7. Method of settlement of payments: The 30th day of each month of the rent from the 1st of the previous month to the 30th of the current month.

E. The unpaid portion of the rent for temporary materials leased at the construction site of the Defendant Company C is KRW 1,060,259, the sum of the rent for September 2015, 10; KRW 1,060,259; KRW 361,187; KRW 361,187 on January 2, 2016; and the unpaid portion from among the rent for temporary materials leased at D construction site is KRW 361,187; and the unpaid portion shall be 30.5 on December 2, 2014 to March 3, 2015, the payment of which was deferred at the request of the Defendant Company; KRW 13.5 on July 3, 2015; KRW 1,35,719; KRW 28.35,95; KRW 201,938; KRW 201,945; KRW 201,38.15,2015; and
