A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 30, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving a Cone Star Car without a driver’s license in a section of about 8km to the intersection entrance into the Yellow Dok-ri-ri, Gyeong-dong, 269-14, an ancient bus terminal at the time of the Sejong Sim-si, a Sejong Simn-ri, a Sejong Simn-ri, a city with no driver’s license.

2. The Defendant violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter “Road Traffic Act”) is a person engaged in driving C Costa Car.
