1. With respect to the case of Seosan Branch of Daejeon District Court No. 2008 Book 1, the above court is among the judgments under circumstances rendered on January 16, 2013.

(b)On the other hand, the group classification of reporters on the first hand of fishing damage and the guidance of the Plaintiff International Fund on this is made in the following circumstances:

① On August 5, 2008, the secretary general of the Plaintiff International Fund raised a problem with respect to the report on damage to fishery business (63,582 cases as of the end of August 2008) that rapidly increased to the Government of the Republic of Korea after the accident, and requested the Government of the Republic of Korea to establish appropriate standards for the person subject to the investigation into damage.

(1) The Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries shall hold a workshop at the Development Institute of Fishery Manpower in Busan for the purpose of sale to prevent the social problems derived from the relief of bona fide fishermen and false reports.
